      2.3. Menyelenggarakan Diklat Keterampilan khusus       Pelaut dalam bidang Electro Technical                Officer       ( ETO ), yang berstandar STCW.dan Amandemen       Manila 2010

       2.4 Menyelenggarakan Diklat Keterampilan khusus Pelaut dalam bidang Electro Technicaal                    Rating       ( ETR ), yang berstandar STCW. dan Amandemen       Manila 2010

       2.5 Menyelenggarakan Diklat Keterampilan khusus     lainnya yang dibutuhkan Pelaut yang                    berstandar       STCW. dan Amandemen Manila 2010

1.ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE ( EM )

1.1  Name of Training   : “ ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE”

1.2  Duration        :  35 hrs.

1.3. Goal        :

After finished this Training Candidat should be able to :

  1. Explain about Basic Electricity, like Ohms Law, Electric Power, Series     and Parallel  Connection
  2. Use Electric Measuremen tools, like Multy Meter (A/D), Clip On     Meter, Insulation  Tester.
  3. Explain  Schema Diagrame of Brushless Generator; Star Delta    Connection; Content of  Electric Motor Name Plate; Impedance,      Voltage and Current in Star and Delta Connection.
  4. Reading and Installing Motor Control. like

Direct On Line Connection;  Forward and Reverse Connection; Star Delta Starter Motor

1.4. Curriculum :

  1. Basic Electricity             :  7 hrs.
  2. Electric Measurement  : 4 hrs.(T/P)
  3. Generator and Motor   : 7 hrs.
  4. Electric Motor Control : 10  hrs (T/P)
  5. Trouble Shooting          :   7 hrs.

– Resistance Value in Some Material

– Ohms Law

– Electric Power 1 phase and 3 phase

– Series and Parallel Connection

5.2. Electric Measurement

– Volt Meter

– Amps. Meter

– Ohms Meter

– Multy Meter

– Clip On Meter

– Insulation Meter ( Megger )

5.3. Generator and Motor

– Electromagnet; Generator and Electric Motor

– Carbon Brush and Brushless Generator

– 3 phase Motor ( Squirrel Gauge )

– Star Delta Connection

– Forward and Reverse 3 phase Electric Motors

5.4. Electric Motor Control ( Reading and Installing/Practice )

– Component of Motor Control ( Symbol and Spec )

– Basic Wiring Diagrame of Control Motor

– D.O.L; Control Motor from more then 2 position; Forward and Reverse;

  2. Read and Make Ladder Diagram for Motor Controller
  3. Programming and Editing Motor Control. like Direct On Line     Connection; Forward    and Reverse Connection; Star Delta Starter       Motor
